There is hardly a thing more inspiring than a bird soaring free.

Freedom in thoughts and motion. Balanced and steady like a three legged stool touching on the ground.

The birds are placed within a created integral of the structure, a physical area that allows the entire sculpture to stand freely without the need for any base attachments.

They are cantilevered and centered. 

Made from sheets of 1/16” chipboard, hand cut with a knife and a straight edge, glued together with Elmer’s white glue, and brush coated with layers of marine epoxy.
